Our small law firm is seeking a warm, welcoming, and polished candidate to join our team in a part-time capacity. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a critical role in representing our professional standards and ensuring a positive, hospitable environment. Duties include greeting clients and visitors with a professional, friendly, and polished demeanor, answer incoming phone calls, light typing, document preparation, and basic filing tasks. The hours are 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in our Oak Brook office.
