Responsibilities

  • Under supervision, assists attorneys with the litigation process.
  • Reviews work of paralegals and clerks.
  • Prepares all documents related to the litigation process to include drafting motions, briefs, memoranda of law, etc.
  • Screens documents for privilege.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
