Position Overview

Laurier Therapeutic Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation center located in beautiful Largo, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized treatment programs designed to address the unique rehabilitation needs of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, determining their physical status and rehabilitation needs.
  • Formulate detailed treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals, integrating appropriate therapeutic techniques and modalities.
  • Utilize hands-on therapy techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities to facilitate recovery.
  • Monitor patient progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans based on performance and feedback to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain proactive communication with patients and their families, offering guidance on home exercise programs and addressing any concerns regarding their rehabilitation journey.
  • Document all interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, sharing patient insights and contributing to collective treatment strategies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on patients recovering from orthopedic conditions such as fractures, joint replacements, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Our diverse patient demographic includes adolescents, adults, and seniors, each requiring tailored care approaches to address their specific rehabilitation needs. As a Physical Therapist at Laurier Therapeutic Solutions, your expertise will play a pivotal role in guiding patients toward improved function and independence.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
