Drywall Finishing Subcontractors Wanted

Due to continued growth, we are actively seeking experienced Drywall Finishing Subcontractors to support upcoming commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, and multifamily projects throughout Indiana and surrounding markets.

Scope of Work

Subcontractors will be responsible for:

  • Taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing drywall installations

  • Performing Level 4 and Level 5 finishes in accordance with project specifications

  • Repairing and patching drywall as needed

  • Maintaining a clean and professional work area

  • Coordinating effectively with project managers, superintendents, and other trades

  • Completing projects safely, on schedule, and within quality expectations

  • Adhering to all site-specific safety requirements and Jack Laurie Group standards

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial drywall finishing

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications

  • Established crew capable of handling commercial project workloads

  • Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation

  • Current General Liability Insurance (Certificate of Insurance required)

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes

  • Ability to meet project schedules and maintain professional communication
