Job description

InterAction24 is hiring Laundry Attendants for an established, growing laundromat company with two locations on Miami Beach. The stores are clean, modern, and busy, with set schedules and steady hours. No prior laundry experience is required — we train you from day one.
Role Overview
As a Laundry Attendant, you are the face of the store. You will take care of customers, keep the floor clean and running smoothly, and handle Wash & Fold orders from drop-off through pickup.
Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and resolve basic concerns
  • Process customer orders through the point-of-sale system
  • Receive, wash, dry, fold, and package Wash & Fold orders with care
  • Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized throughout your shift
  • Monitor washers and dryers and report any machine or facility issues promptly
  • Help customers operate the machines and load equipment
  • Handle a limited amount of cash and complete basic shift-closing procedures
Schedule
Full-time, 8-hour shifts:
  • Morning shift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Evening shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Our stores are open seven days a week, so weekend availability is required. Let us know which shift works best for you.
What We Are Looking For
Reliability and attitude matter more to us than experience. If you show up on time, work hard, and treat customers well, we will teach you the rest.
  • Dependable and punctual — you show up for your shift, ready to work
  • Friendly and comfortable assisting customers
  • Willing to stay active and keep the store clean throughout the shift
  • Comfortable using a computer or point-of-sale system
  • Able to follow procedures and handle customers' clothing carefully
  • Available to work weekends
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Experience in laundromats, hospitality, retail, housekeeping, food service, or another customer-facing role is a plus, but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role. Over the course of an 8-hour shift, you can expect to:
  • Stand and walk for the majority of the shift
  • Lift and carry laundry loads and bags of approximately 25-30 lbs
  • Bend, reach, push carts, and load and unload machines repeatedly
  • Work in a warm, humid environment near operating equipment
What We Offer

  • Full-time hours on a consistent, set schedule, not on-call
  • Tips and performance incentives in addition to your hourly pay
  • Paid on-the-job training, no laundry experience needed
  • Two Miami Beach locations, both reachable by public transit from the mainland
  • Clean, modern, well-maintained stores
  • A growing company that is actively adding locations across South Florida
