Job Summary
We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Laundry Attendant to join our team. You will be attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include cleaning, pressing, and folding laundry. You will also be responsible for the safe operation of laundry equipment. Your goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests by ensuring that all laundry is well cared for and maintained.
Responsibilities: 
  • Operate our POS laundry/order tracking program
  • Process cash and credit card transactions
  • Fold laundry and pressing
  • Report maintenance and repairs need to laundering equipment
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the facility at all times
  • Respond to guest requests with professionalism and patience
  • Maintain adequate inventory of laundry supplies and consumables and restock when necessary
  • Strict adherence to state/local health and safety rules and regulations

Qualifications
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
  • Friendly, customer-oriented personality
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Able to work quickly without compromising quality
