Core Linen Services is a leader in hospital and hospitalitylaundry processingservices aroundthe country. Our focus is on service, quality and safety which enableour clients to provideessential services to their patientsand guests. The Company operates across 20+ states and is a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, based in Miami, FL.

The Laundry Supervisor supports the Laundry Director with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations. This role serves as a backup when the Director is unavailable but primarily focuses on assisting with scheduling, billing, and team support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Laundry Director with daily administrative tasks (scheduling, billing, reports)
  • Help manage staff scheduling and timekeeping
  • Support basic billing and data entry tasks
  • Answer client questions and assist with requests as needed
  • Step in to oversee operations only when the Director is not present
  • Support staff on the floor to keep operations running smoothly
  • Help maintain organization, communication, and workflow within the department
Role Expectations
  • Acts as support to the Laundry Director not the primary decision-maker
  • Helps keep administrative tasks organized and up to date
  • Provides backup leadership only when needed
  • Ensures communication between staff and Director stays clear
