Complete basic credit and corporate finance overview and analysis independently.
Serve as support to the Managing Directors and be capable of making internal and external software programs.

Client Communication:Ability to prepare compelling pitch materials and market updates tailored to client needs and businessobjectives.
Technology Proficiency:Familiarity with third-party financial platforms and databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ) used in investment banking or corporate finance environments.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future
Graduating Class of 2027
GPA 3.3 or higher
Experience or demonstrated interest in Corporate & Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, and/or Capital Markets a plus.
Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79,63 license ( to be obtained immediately after start date).
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
Ability to multi-task, while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to work in a time sensitive environment.
Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
Excellent interpersonal skills and good team interaction capabilities.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit.
