The Pediatric Development Center (PDC) is excited to welcome Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows to our growing teams in Rockville and Silver Spring! This isn’t just your Clinical Fellowship—it’s a chance to launch your career in a practice that’s investing in mentorship, innovation, and collaboration to transform pediatric development.

At PDC, we believe Clinical Fellows should be set up for long-term success, not just a one-year placement. That’s why we offer a 24-month fellowship program designed to give you the mentorship, clinical experience, and professional development you need to grow into a confident, independent SLP. You’ll be surrounded by a multidisciplinary team of OTs, BCBAs, and experienced SLPs who are committed to helping you thrive.

Position: Full-time, 24-month Clinical Fellowship (Rockville & Silver Spring locations)
Compensation: Competitive, with quarterly bonus potential and advancement opportunities


Clinical Fellows Should Apply If You Have:

  • A Maryland limited license (or the ability to obtain one before starting).
  • Successfully completed the Praxis exam.
  • A passion for working with children and families in a play-based, relationship-centered model.
  • The desire to learn, grow, and be mentored by seasoned clinicians in a collaborative setting.
