AWS Aerospace and Satellite team is looking for an experienced Account Manager with the experience and reputation for overachieving quota while focusing on the customer. They should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT leaders.

Account Manager will be an exceptionally strong and creative thinker who thrives in a team environment and embraces all aspects of selling.
They must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have very strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key job responsibilities
A self-starter to proactively pick up and progress the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closure. We are looking for a team player who will focus on increasing awareness and adoption of AWS by directly engaging with space and satellite customers who are reinventing their space missions and business operations through cloud adoption.
Meet or exceed revenue targets
Develop and execute against comprehensive account and territory plans
Coordinate activities of the extended team in support of account / territory plans
Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
Accelerate customer adoption
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and execute operational aspects of account management
Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
Manage contract negotiations
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
Ensure customer satisfaction
