We're looking for an accomplished Director of Sales - Latin America to lead our sales organization across the region and play a key role in our next chapter of growth.
This is an opportunity for a strategic, hands-on sales leader who knows how to build relationships, develop high-performing teams, identify new opportunities, and turn strategy into results.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the Latin America sales organization and provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to Regional Sales Managers.
  • Drive profitable growth by establishing and achieving sales goals while effectively managing the regional expense budget.
  • Partner with the Vice President of International Sales to develop regional strategies, sales tactics, and go-to-market plans.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our customer base and increase sales with existing customers.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers, partners, and key industry contacts throughout Latin America.
  • Develop, coach, influence, and empower your team to achieve ambitious objectives through a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Maintain strong communication across the sales organization and partner with other departments to support overall company success.
  • Monitor sales activity, pipelines, regional performance, and market opportunities, providing leadership with clear and actionable reporting and analysis.
  • Address customer concerns and challenges by investigating issues, developing solutions, and making recommendations to leadership,
  • Protect company information and comply with our DMP Data Classification Standard, policies, and departmental guidelines.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of sales and territory management experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or sales staff management role.
  • A demonstrated track record of growing sales, developing markets, and building strong customer relationships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
  • The ability to lead through influence, develop talent, and empower others to achieve results.
  • A self-motivated, accountable leader who can operate effectively with a high degree of independence.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to balance revenue growth with budget and operational objectives.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the region.
  • An open, growth-oriented mindset and the ability to seek out and benefit from constructive feedback.
