Job description

Laser Eye Institute is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the front office operations of our clinic. As a leader in the LASIK industry, Laser Eye Institute is committed to providing exceptional patient care and outstanding surgical outcomes. The Clinic Manager will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in our clinic. If you have proven leadership skills, a strong background in healthcare administration, and a passion for delivering excellent patient experiences, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and staffing.
  • Ensure compliance with practice standards and policy.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to front-office staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Monitor and evaluate front-office performance, implement quality improvement initiatives as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an elective setting
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and customer relationship management software
