Colonial Heights, VA

No prior laser therapy experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

1. Clinical Assistance:

- Escort patients to examination rooms and prepare them for their appointments.

- Record medical histories, and other pertinent information accurately.

- Assist physicians during medical procedures and examinations.

- Ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.

- Help patients with shoes

2. Laser Technician

- Perform laser therapy treatments according to physician protocols.

- Document treatments accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR).

- Clean, disinfect, and maintain laser equipment and treatment rooms.

- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming environment for patients

3. Administrative Support:

- Assist with medical record management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

- Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.

- Coordinate referrals to specialists and diagnostic facilities as per physician instructions.

- Handle correspondence, emails, and faxes in a timely manner.
