Summary/Objective

The laser operator assumes a processing role in the production of finished parts and is responsible for the following regular and repetitive duties.

 

Essential Functions

  10. Must able to physically lift and maneuver weights in excess of fifty pounds;
  11. Must possess successful problem solving skills;
  12. Must be able to exhibit tact and diplomacy and maintain professional relationships with supervisors, fellow team members, customers, etc.
  13. Must be able to work under physically and mentally stressful situations;
  14. Must be able to prioritize and easily adapt to changes throughout the day.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling.  The team member may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Required Education and Experience

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. 1+ year manufacturing/industry experience.
