A well-established, multi-location private practice in eastern Iowa is seeking a full-time optometrist to join its collaborative team. Approximately 70‑80% of patient care is medical, offering extensive opportunities to diagnose and manage ocular disease while providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages. Clinical interests such as glaucoma management, diabetic eye care, macular degeneration, pediatric eye care, myopia management, post‑operative care, punctal occlusion, and specialty contact lenses are all welcomed and supported within the practice.

The incoming optometrist will work alongside an in‑house ophthalmologist who performs cataract consultations and intravitreal anti‑VEGF injections, creating excellent co‑management opportunities for providers interested in surgical care and disease management. The practice also sees a high volume of foreign bodies, ocular injuries, and unique pathology, making this an ideal position for an optometrist looking to practice at the top of their license.
