Amerejuve Medspa is a leading provider of advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments, dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best. We combine cutting-edge technology with exceptional patient care in a welcoming, professional environment. We are seeking a passionate, licensed Esthetician & Laser Technician to join our team at our Powers Ferry Road location in Atlanta.
Position Summary
The Esthetician & Laser Technician will provide high-quality aesthetic and laser services while delivering an outstanding client experience. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, professional, sales-oriented, and committed to helping clients achieve their skincare and aesthetic goals through personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
  • Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively.
  • Conduct skin consultations and recommend customized treatment plans.
  • Perform advanced esthetic services, including:
    • Customized facials
    • Chemical peels
    • Dermaplaning
    • Hydrafacial treatments (preferred)
    • Microneedling (if licensed and trained)
  • Educate clients on skincare products, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
  • Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate treatment documentation and client records.
  • Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and sanitized according to state regulations and company protocols.
  • Follow all safety standards and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Support daily spa operations and maintain a positive, team-oriented environment.
  • Meet or exceed service and retail sales goals.

Qualifications
  • Active Georgia Esthetician License (required)
  • Laser Practitioner Certification (Georgia) or eligibility to perform laser procedures (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice preferred
  • Experience performing laser hair removal
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic treatments
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to educate clients and confidently recommend treatment plans
  • Sales experience in aesthetics or medical spa services is a plus
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
