Offix is currently seeking a highly organized Sales Support Coordinator to support our sales team by managing documentation, CRM accuracy, reporting and day to day administrative operations. ย This role ensures smooth sales processes, strong data integrity and effective coordination across Sales, Finance, Service and Operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to sales reps and managers.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Prepare sales reports (pipeline, revenue, forecasts, KPIs).
- Support lead development, QBR reporting, and large proposal preparation.
- Deliver expiring lease reports and other sales-critical data.
- Help identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies in sales metrics.
- Stay updated on new product launches and communicate updates to sales teams.
Requirements
- Experience in sales administration, sales operations, or customer support.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and data analysis skills.
