Wide Format Print & CNC Production Lead

Kansas City, MO | On-site | Full-time | Hourly


We're looking for ahands-on Production Lead to run daily operations at our Kansas City manufacturing location. This role is ideal for someone who knows large format print production inside and out - printing, cutting, finishing, and assembly.


You'll be responsible for maintaining and running equipment, ensuring quality, managing materials, and organizing work so it's completed accurately and on schedule. This is not a desk job - this is a working lead role for someone who likes building great products and keeping things running smoothly.


What You'll Do

  • Operate large-format printers, cutters, and finishing equipment
  • Execute daily production schedules and priorities
  • Perform quality checks on all finished work
  • Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment
  • Manage materials, inventory, and ordering
  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and efficient
  • Communicate job status and production needs clearly
  • Support and guide 1-2 production team members
