The Client Services Coordinator reports directly to the SpeedPro studio owner and is primarily responsible for coordinating the production of various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise’s profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.

Functions:

Coordinate the printing and production of client orders

Inspect customer files, assist with digital proofs and ensure the graphics print-ready

Assist with large-format printers, laminators, and plotters

Graphic design services

Smaller graphic installations

Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio

Vehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys

Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries

Utilization of workflow software for estimates/quotes

Ideal candidates will also possess:

1+ year of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates

Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing

Knowledge of marketing techniques and website maintenance

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design (or similar program)
