What We Seek...

We are looking for a Client Advisor-Events & Custom Projects to join our Print Division and help grow Britten's presence within the events, experiential, sports, entertainment, and custom graphics markets. This role is responsible for developing relationships with brands, agencies, event producers, and organizations that require high-impact print solutions. The ideal candidate understands that successful selling is about solving problems, understanding creative visions, and connecting clients with the right production solutions. The Client Advisor will identify new opportunities, manage strategic accounts, develop proposals, and collaborate with Britten's estimating, production, and project management teams to deliver exceptional results.


This is an opportunity to work on projects ranging from custom brand activations and major sporting events to large-scale environmental graphics and unique print applications.


 Job Summary and Job Functions 

Client Relationship Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, event companies, sports organizations, and strategic partners
  • Develop a deep understanding of client goals, creative concepts, timelines, and production needs
  • Become a trusted resource for clients by providing print expertise and creative solutions
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying additional opportunities across Britten's print capabilities

Sales Growth & Opportunity Development

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the events, experiential, entertainment, retail, and commercial markets
  • Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, industry relationships, and inbound leads
  • Manage the sales process from discovery and estimating through proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Create compelling proposals that showcase Britten's print capabilities and ability to execute complex projects
  • Identify opportunities where Britten can provide solutions including: Large-format graphics, Environmental graphics, Event signage, Fabric graphics, Building wraps and facade graphics, Custom printed applications, and Multi-location event rollouts

Project Collaboration & Execution

  • Partner with estimating, production, project management, and installation teams to ensure projects are accurately scoped and positioned for success
  • Translate client needs into clear project requirements
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process
  • Support smooth handoffs from sales to operations
  • Ensure client expectations are aligned with project scope, budget, and timelines

Market Development

  • Stay informed on trends within experiential marketing, events, sports, retail, and large-format printing
  • Identify emerging opportunities and industries where Britten's capabilities provide value
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand relationships and generate opportunities

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Print Division leadership team to achieve revenue and margin goals.
  • Share market feedback to improve products, pricing, processes, and client experience
  • Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with proven experience in sales, account management, business development, or related fields
  • Experience selling print, signage, graphics, marketing services, events, experiential solutions, or custom projects preferred
  • Ability to understand complex client needs and recommend creative solutions
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients, agencies, and partners
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Creative problem solver who enjoys finding solutions to unique challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
