Job description

Prime Source Printing & Promotional is a full-service commercial print shop specializing in high-quality offset, digital, and large-format printing. We serve a wide range of clients--from local businesses to national brands--delivering creative solutions, fast turnarounds, and exceptional results.


We're looking for a Client Services Coordinator (CSC) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients and production teams to bring printed projects to life.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, from order initiation to delivery.
  2. Provide quotes, process orders, and ensure job details are accurate and complete.
  3. Communicate project specifications clearly with prepress, production, and shipping teams.
  4. Track job progress, troubleshoot issues, and proactively update customers on order status.
  5. Maintain accurate records in the job management system.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  7. Support the sales team with project follow-up and client communication.

What We're Looking For


  1. Printing experience preferred but not required - we'll train the right candidate!
  2. High attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving ability.
  3. Comfortable using computers including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy, team-oriented setting

Monday thru Friday, Benefits (medical, dental, vision), PTO, Paid Holidays, pay $22-$25/hour depending on experience
