Job Summary:
Pioneering Evolution, LLC is seeking a mid-to-senior level full-stack PHP developer to join their team. This role focuses on building and maintaining complex web applications using the Laravel framework and Vue.js, contributing to the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable, and user-friendly applications that support clients’ mission needs.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver complete, working solutions that meet all functional and technical requirements described in assigned tickets.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code that adheres to project coding standards.
• Avoid unnecessary complexity by implementing solutions consistent with existing code patterns and architecture.
• Thoroughly test and validate solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and delivery of clean, production-ready code.
• Manage personal workload effectively to deliver timely solutions without sacrificing quality.
• Translate functional requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks and tickets, ensuring alignment with project scope and development standards.
• Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and business analysts to clarify requirements and confirm acceptance criteria are fully met.

• Solid understanding of Git workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews) and ability to manage clean commits without debug/unnecessary code.
