1to1 Rehab is a nationally accredited, clientfocused therapy service provider recognized for excellence in SpeechLanguage Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Nutritional Services. We support clients across homes, schools, longterm care facilities, and community settings throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

You'll practice under the umbrella of a wellestablished, accredited organization, while maintaining autonomy in your daytoday communitybased work.


Caseload Overview

We are currently recruiting forone part- time SpeechLanguage Pathologiststo support an paediatric community caseload funded through Children's Treatment Network. Services are delivered in publicly funded schools.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Accept referrals that align with your availability, geography, and clinical interests

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver CTNauthorized SchoolBased Rehabilitation Services (SBRS) in publicly funded schools
  • Complete functional speech and language assessments related to school participation
  • Provide timelimited, consultative interventions using SBRS best practices
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other SBRS providers (OT, PT)
  • Develop and share practical strategies to support communication in the classroom
  • Complete required documentation and reporting in accordance with CTN, MCCSS, and CASLPO standards
  • Support transitions and discharge planning once SBRS goals are achieved


Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology
  • Registration in good standing with CASLPO
  • Experience working with paediatric populations preferred (but not required)
  • Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check (within the last year)
