Job Title: Program Coordinator Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the PMO within the Mission and Engineering Support Line of Business through datadriven operational analysis and process optimization. The Program Coordinator evaluates daily business functions to ensure compliance and operational efficiency, with an emphasis on contract performance, strategic planning, resource modeling, risk assessments, and workflow automation. This role translates strategic objectives into analytical requirements, synthesizing performance data, operational metrics, and stakeholder inputs to generate actionable insights that enhance contract execution and drive organizational scalability.

Must have TS//SCI clearance with polygraph Responsibilities: Draft, coordinate, and maintain program deliverables including Monthly Status Reports (MSR), ITAR reports, Contractor Performance SelfAssessments, monthly customer sync notes, and Subcontractor Partner Impact Cards. Experience applying AI and machinelearning tools to analyze program data, automate PMO workflows, and enhance NSA contract deliverables and reporting accuracy. Support daytoday administrative workflows by centralizing and maintaining program administrative actions.

Serve as a reliable coordination point for program and government personnel, helping to resolve administrative inquiries and ensuring timely, integrated responses across the contract. Contribute to PMO activities involving contract administration, subcontract support, security coordination, and staffing workflows that enable overall program success. Support newhire processes including onboarding logistics, role placement, mission introductions, proctor language testing, and cultural integration within CACI and Majestic Mustang.

Collaborate with partners to foster strong relationships and support the development of strategic and tactical plans necessary to achieve project objectives. Qualifications: Required: Active TS//SCI clearance with polygraph Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience. Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly, concisely, and accurately.

Articulate with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Meticulous proofreading and editing skills with a high standard for grammar, punctuation, and formatting. Above average skills in using Microsoft Office/365 tools, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams.

Desired: Experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or PowerBI Experience with the Maryland Security Agency and Maryland Procurement Office Understanding of how MPO manages contracts and Task Orders Knowledgeable of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
