Overview:

Language Services Associates is looking for American Sign Language interpreters in the Clarksburg, WV area. As a member of LSAโ€™s network of Independently Contracted Interpreters, you will be responsible for facilitating language communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community in a variety of settings. LSA is continuously accepting qualified interpreters for a wide range of interpreting assignments!

Responsibilities:

ยท Provide superior customer service

ยท Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality

ยท Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices

ยท Adhere to clearance requirements as requested by clients

ยท Report on site to any accepted assignments in a timely manner

ยท Access to personal or public transport

Qualifications/Experience:

ยท Associate or bachelor's degree

ยท RID certification

ยท State interpreting licensure (as applicable)

ยท Fluency in English and American Sign Language
