Qualifications:
  • 3-5 Years of Previous Service Advisor experience is Required
  • Previous Service Lane Management Experience Preferred
  • Ability to develop, coach and mentor Service Drive Staff.
  • Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
  • Ability to successfully guide customers throughout the service process.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software Experience. (CDK experience preferred)
  • Maintain accountability of supervised staff.
  • Implement and follow a strong T.O. and CSI follow up process.
