  • About the Role:
    Southern 441 Toyota, a fast-growing, state-of-the-art dealership known for delivering exceptional customer experiences while upholding the standards of the Toyota brand, is seeking a Service Concierge to join our team. This role is focused on welcoming new vehicle customers during their purchase experience and introducing them to our service department in a professional, informative, and confidence-building way.

    As a Service Concierge, you will serve as the bridge between sales and service, ensuring new customers understand how our service department operates and feel comfortable trusting us with their vehicle long after the sale. This is an excellent opportunity for a personable, driven individual to play a direct role in customer retention and long-term dealership success.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Proactively identify new vehicle customers who are waiting during the sales process.

    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely awareness of customer availability.

    • Greet new vehicle customers during downtime in the sales process.

    • Escort customers to the service department for a brief tour of the service drive.

    • Explain how service appointments, maintenance visits, and ongoing care are handled.

    • Introduce customers to the Service Manager, Lane Manager, or other service leadership when available.

    • Answer basic service-related questions and set expectations for future visits.

    • Reinforce confidence that customers will be well taken care of after the sale.

    • Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer handoff.

    • Represent Southern 441 Toyota in a professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable manner.

    • Perform additional duties as needed to support customer experience initiatives.

  • Qualifications:

    • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable initiating conversations with customers and staff.
