Job Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor supervises clinical staff in the outpatient programs. The Clinical Supervisor ensures that the treatment provided is consistent with Penny Lane philosophies and meets the current standards for quality of care, medical necessity and other requirements as defined by L.A. County Department of Mental Health. The Clinical Supervisor is accountable for staff development and performance improvement, and for promoting appropriate and effective care through established monitoring systems and professional staff growth.

The Clinical Supervisor is an energetic self-starter who is able to function comfortably in a team environment or independently and relates well to co-workers and County representatives.  This position requires flexibility and the ability to manage time and multiple tasks with little supervision.  The individual in this position must be able to assume a wide range of responsibilities, provide timely responses to requests and deadlines and works well under pressure.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Master's Degree in the behavioral sciences field.
  • License - one of the following: Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, or LMFT. 
  • 2 years post license clinical experience.
  • Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.

Position Location: Lancaster, CA

Salary Range: $82,000 up to $94,682 per year

Flexible schedules are available upon successful completion of introductory period.

Eligible employees may request up to 5 days of Paid Time Off to study for their licensure.
