DESCRIPTION Hourly Wage: $64.16 - $85.83 About the Position We are seeking an Addiction Medicine Nurse Practitioner with the ability to prescribe medication assisted treatment medications, including buprenorphine and methadone, to join our team to fulfill its mission of advancing recovery to those suffering from Opioid Use Disorder. We provide care on an outpatient basis to those diagnosed with Opioid Use Disorder. We operate an integrated care delivery clinic with provision of medication assisted treatment, behavioral health services, case management, and peer services

We provide these services in-person or virtually to bring the most comprehensive level of care to the patients that we serve. About the Division The Lane County Medication Assisted Treatment Program uses a holistic model of treatment that embraces traditional abstinence-based recovery as well as harm reduction principles.

We have a dedicated and passionate team who provides medication assisted treatment services to help program participants reduce and ultimately end the use of opiates. QUALIFICATIONS Training: Master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university, and completion of a Nurse Practitioner program specific to the expanded specialty of Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Or an equivalent combination of experience and training that will demonstrate the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.

Licensing Requirements: Must possess State of Oregon Registered Nurse License, at the time of appointment. Must possess a current certificate to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Oregon, in the specified specialty role/category. Special Requirements: The following are required at the time of hire: State of Oregon Registered Nurse license Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) National Certification by a nationally recognized board National Provider Identifier (NPI) Current BLS/CPR Diploma Transcripts CV or Resume Notes: This position is subject to a full background check.
