We are seeking a skilled and dependable Ground Specialist to join our team at [Property Name]. In this role you maintain the appearance, safety and functionality of all exterior grounds and landscaping areas. Your expertise ensures our property remains welcoming, safe and environmentally responsible across New Mexico’s diverse climates and terrains.


What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain a high level of positivity and professionalism with guests team members and external partners
  • Perform routine upkeep of landscaping plants turf and other grounds elements
  • Install maintain and repair irrigation systems including valves controllers piping wiring rotors spray heads drip tubing and bubblers
  • Maintain parking lots walkways and entryways including snow and ice removal as needed
  • Inspect grounds and exterior areas regularly and address hazards or safety concerns
  • Ensure all work activities conform to safety sanitation and health regulations and policies
  • Operate and maintain landscaping and grounds equipment safely and effectively
  • Assist with seasonal projects including planting pruning fertilizing and pest control
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean organized work area and professional appearance in compliance with uniform and grooming standards
  • Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary client and guest information
  • Perform other duties consistent with the functions of this position as needed at the property

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience or training required
  • Minimum of three to five years of professional grounds maintenance landscaping or construction experience required
  • Demonstrated experience working in diverse terrain and climate conditions
