Grounds & Landscape Maintenance Technician

Spring Island Club

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintained the appearance and quality of common areas, landscaped grounds, and community amenities to the club's high standards.
  • Operated and maintained a variety of commercial landscaping equipment, including zero-turn and riding mowers, string trimmers, blowers, tractors, loaders, and utility vehicles.
  • Performed mowing, edging, trimming, and detail work around sidewalks, curbs, trees, landscape beds, and buildings to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
  • Installed sod, planted trees, shrubs, flowers, and seasonal landscape materials while assisting with landscape renovation and enhancement projects.
