Sundance Lawn & Landscape specializes in providing landscaping and commercial grounds maintenance services in the Northern Virginia area. We are looking for an Irrigation Technician to join our team!
 
 Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of installing new irrigation systems, including pipes, sprinkler heads, valves, and controllers.
  • Performing routine maintenance checks on irrigation systems.
  • Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions, such as leaks, broken pipes, and faulty sprinkler heads.
  • Troubleshooting electrical problems.
  • Adjusting sprinkler heads and nozzles for optimal coverage.
  • Winterizing irrigation systems to prevent damage from freezing.
  • Monitoring system performance and making necessary adjustments.
  • Maintaining records of system maintenance and repairs.
  • installing, testing, maintaining, and repairing backflow
 
Requirements:
 

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience with irrigation systems.
  • Completing progress reports and associated paperwork.
  • Experience working with Hunter, Rain Bird, and Toro systems and components.
  • Great communication skills
