Join Our Team as a Landscape Project Manager!

Are you an experienced and detail-oriented individual looking to oversee high-end residential landscape development projects from start to finish? Heinen Landscape & Irrigation is seeking a Landscape Project Manager to act as the primary liaison between design teams, field crews, subcontractors, and clients. In this role, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily field operations for multiple landscape, hardscape, and irrigation projects
  • Lead site walk-throughs and provide routine progress reports to clients
  • Coordinate material deliveries and heavy equipment schedules to optimize job-site efficiency

Required Skills:

  • Experience in landscape construction and architecture
  • Knowledge of hardscapes, irrigation, and landscaping
  • Strong project management and staff supervision skills
  • Ability to work with budgets and schedules
  • 3–5+ years of project management experience in landscape construction or hardscaping.
