Job description

The Grounds Guys of Atlanta and Alpharetta are seeking a dedicated Landscape Foreman to lead a small field crew of 3-5 members in delivering top-quality residential landscape maintenance services. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. As a Crew Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring the team completes work correctly, safely, and professionally while fostering a positive work environment. This position offers year-round employment with opportunities for growth into Operations Lead and other leadership roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in attitude, speed, safety, and respect
  • Assign clear daily tasks and confirm crew understanding
  • Ensure work meets Quality Standards consistently
  • Review daily route plans with management before starting work
  • Take and submit before-and-after job photos and notes as required
  • Maintain clear communication with Operations Lead and field leadership throughout the day
  • Address and correct issues promptly and respectfully
  • Train new crew members on site
  • Ensure trucks, trailers, and equipment are organized and properly maintained
  • Report weather delays, access challenges, scope questions, customer concerns, and any quality issues immediately

Required Qualifications
