Here at The Grounds Guys, we are looking for an experienced Hardscaper/Landscape Installation and Construction Technician. You will be responsible for grading and earthwork using excavators, skid steers, and dingos, as well as building retaining walls, paver walkways, and outdoor structures.   • Perform grading and earthwork using excavators, skid steers, and dingos.
  • Build retaining walls, paver walkways, and outdoor structures.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, and able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.
  • Ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.

  • Certifications: Willing to complete training to get all required certifications and licenses.
  • Driving: Clean driving history with experience driving a trailer.
