About the Role

New Horizon Landscaping is a growing, quality-driven company looking for motivated individuals to join our team. We take pride in our work and are seeking dependable crew members who want to build a long-term career with opportunities for advancement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform general landscaping duties (install, maintenance, cleanup)
    • Retaining Wall, Paver Patios, Mulch, Rock, Fabric, Drainage, etc.
  • Operate landscaping tools and small engine equipment
    • Bobcat skid, Sod Cutter, Bed Edger, MT, Buggy, etc.
  • Work independently and as part of a team
    • 2-3 Person Crews
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance on job sites
    • Shirt, Hat, Hoodie

Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 month of landscaping experience.
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Ability to follow directions and work efficiently.
  • Professional attitude and reliability.


Schedule & Work Environment:

  • 5–6 days per week
  • 40+ hours per week
  • Year-round work available
  • Seasonal snow removal opportunities (higher pay)


Pay & Advancement:

  • $18–$21+/hour (based on experience, skills, and education)
