Job description

Landscaper:

Our Landscape Design & Install Division is looking for energetic and dedicated people to join our team.

Job Description and Duties:

  • Installing plants and trees
  • Unload inbound deliveries and Load outbound deliveries
  • Make sure all products are put up in a timely fashion
  • Maintain plant health by correct care and placement
  • Installing mulch, rock, hardscaping, concrete, and outdoor living items
  • Load mulch and soil into customer trucks and trailers using a front-end loader
  • Clean and maintain nursery and landscape tools and equipment
  • Complete daily assignments and duties

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate with peers and management
  • Basic plant knowledge or the willingness to learn about plants and gardening a plus
  • Ability to stand on your feet for 6 to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift 20lbs repeatedly for at least 4 hours
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability to stoop and bend repeatedly for several hours
  • Ability to work outdoors, which could include weather as cold as 25 degrees and as hot as 105 degrees, and long term exposure to the sun
  • Team player
