Description of the Role:

U S Lawns of Roanoke is currently seeking a motivated Crew Member to join our team in Roanoke, Virginia. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for various landscaping tasks and maintaining outdoor spaces for our clients. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform lawn mowing, edging, and trimming using appropriate tools and equipment
  • Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
  • Remove weeds and ensure grounds are free from debris
  • Operate and maintain landscaping machinery and tools
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management 
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred
