Power Platform Solution Architect (Governance and Advisory)

Central Europe

Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including 2+ years in an architect, governance or platform administration role
  • Proven experience designing environment strategies (dev/test/prod separation, Managed Environments, capacity planning)
  • Deep knowledge of the Power Platform security model: Entra ID integration, security roles, DLP policies, tenant‑level settings
  • Strong practical understanding of Microsoft licensing for Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate plans, premium connectors, Dataverse capacity)
  • Experience running platform audits or health checks and turning findings into written recommendations
  • Experience producing governance artifacts: strategies, policies, guidelines
  • Advisory mindset: able to work independently on a part‑time schedule and drive topics without daily supervision
  • English C1 or higher, confident communication with client stakeholders up to management level
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Microsoft certification PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)
  • Hands‑on experience with the CoE Starter Kit or similar governance tooling
  • Background in pharma, life sciences or another regulated industry (GxP or compliance awareness)
  • Power BI administration and governance experience
  • ALM knowledge for Power Platform (solutions, deployment pipelines)
  • Prior consulting or client‑facing advisory experience
  • Azure fundamentals (AZ-900 level)
Responsibilities
  • Assess the client's current Power Platform landscape (environments, security, access, licensing) and deliver a findings report
  • Co‑create the Power Platform strategy and policy with the client: environment architecture, security and access model, governance rules
  • Run recurring environment reviews (monthly or quarterly cadence), flag security, licensing, capacity and governance risks
  • Prepare mitigation proposals and present them to client stakeholders
  • Act as the client's go‑to advisor on Power Platform governance questions and transfer know‑how to their internal team
  • Join the discovery meeting in the second half of August and help shape the ongoing engagement model
  • No hands‑on development is expected in this role
About the Project

The client is a European specialty vaccine company (pharma sector) that develops, manufactures and commercializes vaccines for infectious diseases, with offices across Europe and North America.

This role covers two streams: (1) review and co‑creation of the client's Power Platform strategy, covering environment architecture, security and access model, and platform policy, and (2) recurring environment reviews that flag security, licensing and governance risks and turn them into practical mitigation proposals.
