Responsibilities
  • Construct and install paver patios, stone, and block retaining walls according to project specifications.
  • Interpret and apply knowledge of elevations to ensure accurate execution of construction plans.
  • Operate mechanical equipment and vehicles, including dump trucks and truck/trailer combinations, safely and efficiently.
  • Plan and organize job sites, ensuring all necessary resources and materials are available for timely project completion.
  • Complete required paperwork and accurately clock in and out of job sites using a mobile app.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including regular upkeep of work sites and equipment.
  • Assist with snow removal tasks during winter months as needed.
  • Perform routine maintenance on assigned equipment and promptly report any repair needs.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in hardscape and landscape installation.
  • Proficient in the installation of retaining walls, walkways, raised patios, and outdoor kitchens.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and communicate effectively with coworkers and clients.
  • Experience with masonry and veneer work is a plus.
  • Skilled in the operation and use of landscape tools and equipment.
  • Snow removal experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Compensation

The hourly wage for this full-time position ranges from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
