We are currently seeking aLandscaping Supervisorto join our Facilities team. This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, functional, and well‑kept environment for our residents, guests, visitors, and staff.

Shift Available:
  • Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and assign daily work for the landscaping team.
  • Ensure employees follow safety policies and procedures.

  • Maintain the appearance of campus grounds by mowing, trimming, planting, watering, weeding, and removing debris.
  • Plant and care for flowers, trees, shrubs, lawns, and garden areas.
  • Apply mulch, fertilizer, and herbicides as needed.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely.
  • Monitor landscaping supplies and assist with purchasing and inventory.
  • Install and maintain landscape features, irrigation systems, and outdoor improvements.
  • Assist with seasonal projects, including holiday decoration setup and removal.
