Job description

Scott's Lawn Care (SLC) is looking for a motivated Landscaping Foreman to join our team at our Maple Plain location. We provide comprehensive services to businesses and residents in the metro area, including lawn and snow maintenance. We specialize mostly in softscapes and do not perform hardscapes at this time. SLC is looking to grow the landscape division to meet our customers' needs. We are especially interested in candidates with prior experience in landscape maintenance, ground maintenance, aerating, garden enhancements, and weed control.

Responsibilities
• Use common hand tools and equipment to serve customers landscaping.
• Completing softscape projects in commercial and residential properties.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team.
• Drive a truck to various client locations and ensure proper storage of equipment during transportation.
• Managing crews of 2-3 laborers on garden enhancements, planting, mulching, dirt and seed, stump grinding, and other softscape projects.
