What You Bring to the Table

  • 1–2 years in sales or estimating (landscape or construction industry preferred)
  • Proficiency with Stack, Aspire, and Google Suite
  • Ability to perform accurate quantity take-offs and evaluate labor/material costs
  • Ready to conduct onsite visits and re-evaluate processes to improve efficiency


About the Opportunity

You will be responsible for ensuring our projects are bid accurately and prepared for success. This work includes, but is not limited to, estimating jobs, mapping, using various software, and preparing jobs accurately to achieve GP targets.

  • Use specialized software to prepare detailed estimates and monitor cost-reporting systems
  • Manage the tendering process, review subcontractor bids, and ensure all pricing is complete before submission
  • Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources, including onsite visits when necessary
  • Qualify new suppliers, research industry innovations, and assist in creating better internal systems
