Job Summary
Searching for highly motivated and hard-working candidates to work in the field as part of the Landscape Installation Department, with openings for crew members & crew leaders. Knowledge of plants, botany and horticulture are a major benefit, but can be taught in the field. Candidate must ensure that finished landscape projects meet all standards and guidelines set forth. Ensure that rules and regulations of the Company are enforced and adhered to. The ability to interact courteously and effectively with fellow personnel and management as well as provide award-winning customer service is a necessity. Possession of a CDL license and/or any industry/trade specific licenses a plus. Health insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO & Holiday Pay. Pay rates range from $23.00 to $32.00 depending on experience & skill levels.

Responsibilities: 
  • Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes
  • Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws
  • Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws
  • Gather and remove litter 
  • Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner 
Qualifications
  • Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper preferred 
  • Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools
  • Must be able to comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time
