About the Role
CBRE is seeking a Maintenance & Landscaping Technician to perform general building maintenance, groundskeeping, light custodial services, and minor repairs at a veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Winslow, ME.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build or advance a career in facilities maintenance within a professional, safety-focused environment.

What You'll Do
• Follow all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency requirements, and CBRE policies related to building operations and workplace safety
  • Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials, as well as running errands to support facility projects
  • Maintain lighting systems throughout the facility by cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps
  • Maintain facility grounds, including raking, sweeping, leaf blowing, and snow removal as needed
  • Patrol grounds, common areas, and parking facilities; identify and report maintenance hazards or facility condition concerns
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain the professional appearance of the building, engineering spaces, equipment, and common areas
  • Paint, patch drywall, and complete minor repairs under supervision
  • Support office access and office moves, including distributing moving crates, assembling furniture, issuing office keys and nameplates, and maintaining key inventory
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance when required
  • Prepare conference and meeting rooms by arranging tables and chairs; set up and break down A/V equipment, TVs, and flip charts as requested

What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, stooping, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting or carrying 50 lbs. or more
