Job description

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Job Title: Landscape Foreman Full Time

Reports to: Landscape Installation Manager

Position Summary: To oversee and implement the installation of a landscape plan

Responsibilities: Collect, read, and understand paperwork each morning for what job will entail that day

Load up the truck with all necessary material in a responsible, safe manner

Drive Work Truck to and from Jobsites

Delegate responsibilities on site to rest of crew

Work with designer to implement design per designersโ€™ standards and instructions

Set and follow grades on the job site

Coordinate with install manager about scheduling and completion of job

Interact and help with customer service throughout the install process

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Landscape Experience, Knowledge of the industry, Hardworking and motivated. Must be able to work well with others and delegate tasks. Capability to drive large trucks and medium sized equipment. Must be able to lift/pull 75 pounds.

Qualification: Compensation based on Work Experience with Landscape and Valid Clean Driverโ€™s License - Must be able to provide MVR report from DMV

Work Environment: Outdoors for the most part, Must be comfortable in both cold and hot temperatures.


M-F 6am-3pm Varied- Some Saturdays when needed
