What You'll Do

As a Crew Leader, you'll lead a crew of 1–4 members and be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily landscaping operations
  • Ensuring quality control and project standards
  • Training and supervising crew members
  • Performing and guiding tasks such as:
    • Mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping
    • Perennial bed maintenance
    • Equipment operation and upkeep
  • Maintaining a safe, efficient worksite
  • Operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment

This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives outdoors and leads by example.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required)
  • At least 20 years old
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience
  • Familiarity with tools such as hand saws, pruners, mowers, weed eaters, and blowers
  • Experience supervising a small team or crew
