Position Overview:

We are actively hiring experienced Landscape Tradesmen and Crew Leads to join our growing team. This is a hands-on outdoor position responsible for leading crews, operating equipment, interacting with clients, and completing professional landscaping projects safely and efficiently.
Pay:
$14.00 $20.00 per hour depending on experience, leadership ability, and qualifications.
Schedule:
  • Typical work hours range between 7:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m. depending on project workload and seasonality.
  • Summer schedules may shift to Monday -Thursday due to overtime hours.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead landscaping crews on residential projects
  • Drive company trucks and trailers safely
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients
  • Perform landscape installation work including mulch, drainage, shrubs, trees, hardscaping, and related services
  • Ensure proper loading and securement of equipment and materials
  • Complete walkthroughs and project updates
  • Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
  • Assist with training crew members

Qualifications:
