Job description

Our client is seeking a hands-on Landscape Foreman to direct a 2-3 person crew in installing premium residential and commercial landscapes. You will oversee daily site operations, ensuring high-end projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to exact specifications.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
  • Schedule: Full-time, year-round employment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a daily crew to ensure high productivity and quality on job sites.
  • Install hardscapes, paver patios, retaining walls, plantings, and drainage systems.
  • Operate heavy machinery including mini excavators, skid loaders, and trucks with trailers.
  • Execute project plans by accurately reading site plans and communicating with clients.
  • Maintain assigned equipment and manage your dedicated, daily-use company dump truck.
  • Support year-round operations, including winter snow removal services.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience as a landscape construction foreman.
  • Licensure: Valid CDL-A required.
  • Skills: Deep expertise in hardscaping, softscaping, grading, and heavy equipment operation.
  • Leadership: Honest, punctual, and a strong team player who leads by example.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio or photos showcasing past landscape and hardscape work is preferred.
