Location: Reno, Nevada

Compensation: $95,000 –$115,000 / Annually depending on experience, performance based bonus program

About This Role:

 We are a growth-oriented organization in the facilities and environmental services sector seeking a proven Leader to lead expansion in the Reno, NV market. This is a high-impact opportunity with an already-strong foundation — tenured operations leaders in place, newly hired business development talent ready to execute, and an untapped regional market with real runway.

Responsibilities:

Operations

·      Oversee daily operations — safety, efficiency, compliance, and service quality

·      Maintain facilities, equipment, and physical assets to uphold professional standards

·      Ensure accountability across teams through clear expectations and consistent oversight

 Sales & Business Development

·      Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to meet or exceed annual targets

·      Partner with the business development team to maintain a qualified pipeline and close new business

·      Represent the company through local networking, community engagement, and market presence

Client Relations

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

·      Monitor client feedback and drive service improvements to maximize retention

·      Address concerns promptly and effectively

Financial Management

·      Own P&L — revenue generation, expense control, and financial forecasting

·      Track KPIs and implement improvements to maximize profitability

·      Identify cross-sell and revenue expansion opportunities

Team Leadership

·      Recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff

·      Set clear performance expectations; conduct regular coaching and corrective action as needed

·      Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and teamwork

Safety & Compliance

·      Ensure strict adherence to EHS policies and procedures

·      Monitor safety performance and proactively implement risk-reduction strategies

Requirements & What We're Looking For:

·      Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field — or equivalent experience in a service-based industry

·      3–5 years of operations management experience

·      Demonstrated P&L ownership and comfort with financial reporting

·      Strong working knowledge of safety compliance and operational standards

·      Proven track record in team development, performance management, and driving results

·      Skilled at building client relationships and identifying growth opportunities

·      Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software
