POSITION SUMMARY: The Porter is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas and hallways are properly maintained. parking garages, etc. are cleaned regularly and kept clear of snow/ice and debris.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
  • Assist with basic repairs and other general maintenance duties.
  • Consistently and genuinely demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
  • Maintain a safe, tidy and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, hallways and all other common areas.
  • Ensure that the property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
  • Ensure that the grass and landscaping are well maintained, including the watering of flowers.
  • Participate in Redstone training as required.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Relevant industry experience (janitorial or cleaning)
  • Demonstrate experience completing daily tasks with little or no oversight
  • Must have a friendly demeanor
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and work 4-6 hour standing shifts
